		<description><![CDATA[[...] November 18, 2009 at 2:40 pm &#183; Filed under adventure, nature, newborn   We got the Maya Wrap a couple of weeks ago.  After washing it and drying it in the sun to get rid of the very heavy perfume smell, we started fumbling with the piece of cloth and ring.  The instructions compare learning to use the sling baby carrier to learning to ride a bike.  They weren&#8217;t kidding!  But like a bicycle, the design is genius!  Such a simple piece of equipment yet sooo versatile! I&#8217;ve worn Ga-Wan in the sling to the store, church, post office, and hiking since he has turned 1 month old!  Babywearing is fantastic!  For those who want to learn more about the oldest baby gear in history, follow this link.
